“If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are saved. As the scripture says, “Everyone who trusts in Him will never be put to shame.”

A blessed Sunday to you!

Life brings many blessings in disguise. Only in time do we come to appreciate that everything and everyone we encounter are actually  God’s blessings!

Good evening to one of God’s blessings in my life…

When God takes something away from our grasp, He’s not punishing us but merely emptying our hands for us to receive something better.

God saw the good deeds you have done; the lives you have INSPIRED and the love you have SHARED. That’s why He gives you another day so you can do some more. Smile always!

God uses weakness to reveal His great sufficiency; So if we let Him work thru us, His power we will see.

Only when we acknowledge our weakness can we be strong in the Lord.

Two things in life you have to take mental note of:

Don’t make any decisions when you’re angry…

and

Never make any promises when you’re happy.

Be kind.

For everyone you meet may be fighting a harder battle.

Thoughts to keep: In the chase between Cat and Mouse, the Mouse mostly wins. This is because the Cat is running for its food and the Mouse is running for its life.

Lesson: PURPOSE is more important than NEED. 

Short story:

A child caught on fire was challenged to jump to his father to be rescued.

The father said, “Jump!”

The child replied, “But I can’t see you dad!”

The father replied: “Don’t worry… I CAN SEE YOU!”

The child jumped and was rescued.

Now, that’s what we call FAITH.

“…Being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we don’t see.” – Hebrews 11:1-2

A man was walking along a road carrying a heavy burden on his shoulder. A wagon overtook him and the driver kindly offered the man a ride, so he went in the wagon. But even when he was seated in the wagon, he continued to carry the heavy load on his shoulders.

The kindhearted driver asked, “Why don’t you put your loads down? There’s plenty room.”

“Oh no,” the man said. “I think it’s too much to ask you to carry me… I wouldn’t think of asking you to carry my burden also.”

When Jesus sets you free, you are free indeed. Just give your burdens to Him.

The most humbling statement we can say is… “I am NOTHING without God.”

And our most powerful statement is… “With God, I can do ANYTHING!”

God doesn’t call the qualified. He qualifes the called.

The LORD will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The LORD your GOD will bless you in the land He is giving you. — Deut. 28:8

Worrying has never solved a problem, never paid a bill, never cured an illness. Worrying is like racing a car engine in neutral ’cause it doesn’t get you anywhere. It just uses up gas!

So stop worrying. All you need is a prayer and a heart full of faith… Then smile.

When it rains, all the birds fly for shelter. Eagles alone avoid the rain by flying above the cloud. Problems are common to all but attitude makes the difference.
